Our fabulous duplex is located on Hickory Blvd. directly across from one of the most beautiful beaches in southwest Florida - less than a minute to our deeded private beach. We are conveniently located between Fort Myers and Naples, approximately 20 minutes from Southwest Regional Airport. For those of you familar with the area, we are approximately one mile north of “Doc’s Beach House”. Each unit has two bedrooms, two baths, a screened-in lanai and spacious roof deck. Each unit is tastefully decorated and has a spacious living/dining room with a queen-size sofa bed, Cable TV with three TV's, Wireless High Speed Internet access, fully-equipped kitchen with serving bar, large closets, central heat and air, microwave, and washer/dryer and one car garage. Each unit sleeps four to six comfortably. Guests have access to a deeded private beach just steps away, across the street on the Gulf of Mexico.  There is a private dock behind the duplex, which guests also may use. Rent one or both Units!
